Role overview A growing connected operations technology company is hiring an Enterprise Security Technical Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across its security organization. The role partners with product, platform, compliance, detection, and engineering teams to deliver cross-functional security programs at scale. It is suited for a program leader who can balance technical depth, stakeholder communication, and process design in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities - Lead technical project and program management for high-impact, cross-functional security initiatives, reporting on planned execution across multiple workstreams. - Provide operational support to engineering leads to ensure smooth, on-time delivery of projects and key priorities. - Partner with stakeholders to scope requirements, identify risks, and ensure cross-functional projects are delivered on schedule. - Communicate the status of enterprise security and compliance initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Support teams in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and backlogs, and assist with security audit efforts to reduce risk and meet compliance frameworks. - Improve measurable KPIs and surrounding processes for the security team, including applying AI tools to scale workflows and visibility, and contribute to a community of practice for program management.

Requirements - 1-3 years of relevant experience in technical program management or a similar discipline. - Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional projects involving engineering and security stakeholders. - Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical detail for varied audiences. - Experience supporting audits or compliance-driven workstreams. - Comfort working across distributed teams and adapting processes as the organization grows. - Eligibility to work in the United States; this role is not open to candidates residing in the San Francisco Bay, NYC, or Washington, D.C. metro areas.

Nice to have - Familiarity with AI-driven productivity tools for program management and reporting. - Exposure to enterprise security domains such as product security, platform security, detection and response, or governance, risk, and compliance.
