Role overview We are hiring a Senior Brand Designer to shape the visual identity of a B2B technology company whose software supports high-stakes operational planning and decision-making. The role partners with marketing, sales, and product to translate complex operational and technical concepts into cohesive, professional design across every external touchpoint.
Responsibilities - Create compelling designs for marketing campaigns, including digital and print collateral, social media assets, email templates, and advertisements. - Design booth graphics, banners, signage, and promotional items for industry events and trade shows. - Develop graphics and visuals for the company website, ensuring alignment with brand standards and a strong user experience. - Build visually engaging sales tools such as presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies that support the field sales team. - Apply and evolve established brand guidelines across all materials while acting as a steward of visual consistency. - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, owning timelines and collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Requirements - Seven or more years of design experience for B2B or technology-focused brands, supported by a strong portfolio of marketing and sales collateral. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, alongside design tools such as Figma or Sketch. - Demonstrated ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines to diverse projects while maintaining strict visual consistency. - Strong communication skills and a track record of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Meticulous approach to design and project management, with polished outcomes and organized asset documentation. - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Nice to have - Design experience in defense technology, aerospace, or government industries. - Familiarity with web design principles and basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS. - Proven experience designing for marketing campaigns or lead-generation-focused projects.
