Job details
About this role
Role overview
Coordinate the programs that connect app and website activity to marketing platforms, measurement tools, and the data warehouse. You’ll own the growth technology roadmap and work with engineering, marketing, and product partners to deliver launches that are well tested and produce dependable data.
Responsibilities
- Translate requests from marketing, paid media, and product into scoped work with clear owners, dates, and documentation. - Plan and lead testing before and after releases, including staging checks, test-device validation, and regression checks. - Maintain customer data platform connections, audience syncs, server-side events, and reverse ETL feeds; investigate missing events, weak match rates, and schema changes. - Manage mobile measurement integrations and vendor escalations, and troubleshoot attribution differences across reporting sources. - Keep tracking specifications aligned across app, web, analytics, and data systems; coordinate SDK upgrades, migrations, and vendor onboarding with rollback plans. - Coordinate acquisition tracking needs and involve privacy and legal partners early on consent and data-sharing requirements.
Requirements
- At least eight years of technical program management experience supporting growth, marketing technology, performance marketing, or data teams. - Hands-on experience connecting a customer data platform to advertising channels, mapping and filtering events, and syncing audiences under consent rules. - Familiarity with mobile measurement and attribution, including click identifiers, ATT, SKAdNetwork, and differences between first-party and platform-reported conversions. - Experience planning and executing technical QA for tracking, SDK, or integration changes with engineers. - Ability to write SQL and analyze data independently. - Strong cross-functional program management, written communication, prioritization, and comfort working through ambiguity on a remote team.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer finance or another regulated industry; familiarity with reverse ETL for advertising, cloud data warehouses, and simple JavaScript or Liquid scripts. - Working knowledge of consent and marketing privacy rules, including state privacy laws and GLBA.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-friendly within the United States, with flexible time off. - Base salary, stock options, health benefits from the first day, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
