AI Engineer

Role overview Build and optimize an agentic AI analyst on an enterprise analytics platform that turns company data into a trusted source of truth for AI. The role offers autonomy to tune agent behavior, measure performance, and add capabilities, working across the full technology stack within a small team focused on shipping quickly and iteratively while maintaining high bars for quality.

Responsibilities - Tune agent behavior and add new capabilities to the agentic AI analyst - Measure agent performance and iterate to improve quality and reliability - Build production features across the full stack, including frontend, backend, and data layers - Develop with AI and coding agents, applying sound judgment about when to trust, redirect, or skip them - Collaborate with teammates and work independently to prioritize and solve ambiguous problems - Contribute to a fast-moving engineering culture focused on iteration, velocity, and engineering excellence

Requirements - Strong technical and communication skills - 3-10+ years of experience building production software, with proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript - Strategic thinking and the ability to balance business and product goals with velocity and engineering excellence - Hands-on experience shipping LLM systems in production, including work on agent harnesses, context management, retrieval, evaluation, or post-training - Experience doing data analysis

Nice to have - Experience building data products and AI-ready interfaces - Familiarity with data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
