Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions

Role overview

A senior product role shaping enterprise partnerships for a virtual-first chronic care platform. The position sits between product squads and commercial teams, leading discovery, identifying strategic opportunities with payers, PBMs, and providers, and helping bring new 0-1 products to market in support of expansion across the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

- Partner with the commercial organization to identify high-impact partnership opportunities and shape the integrations or product support they require. - Expand partnerships with PBMs and health insurers so the platform becomes a preferred choice in their virtual-care portfolios. - Explore new verticals, including provider partnerships, as avenues for enrollment and member engagement. - Cultivate an innovative environment that challenges cross-functional peers to think in new ways. - Mentor and support other product managers, helping them hone their craft. - Establish best practices for proactively tracking progress against corporate and team objectives. - Support special projects directly for senior product leadership.

Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience. - 10+ years combining market or product strategy, product management, general management, software development, consulting, or business operations. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience. - Track record of bringing 0-1 products to market in ambiguous or greenfield spaces. - Strong analytical, organizational, and technical understanding with excellent written and verbal communication. - Comfort leading discovery and research efforts to frame problems and propose solutions. - Collaborative style with the ability to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

- Human-centered product development and continuous discovery experience. - Experience leveraging AI/ML to personalize products and streamline workflows. - Prior work at a healthcare company, especially in partnership with health insurers or PBMs. - Experience with provider-side integrations, particularly Epic.
