About this role
Role overview
Design and run an AI-first onboarding program that turns new engineers into confident, productive builders across North America and EMEA. This Staff TPM role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, learning, and people operations, partnering deeply with developer productivity, SRE, security, architecture, and product teams to make technical onboarding both credible and welcoming.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience as a technical leader within a software engineering organization, or equivalent practical experience including a bachelor's degree in a related field. - Solid grasp of modern software development practices, including AI-assisted development, code review, testing, CI/CD, deployment, observability, and incident response. - Track record of improving engineering workflows, technical learning programs, or operating practices through thoughtful program design and cross-functional execution. - Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear plans, playbooks, and operating rhythms. - Strong written and verbal communication, with the technical judgment to earn trust from engineering managers and senior ICs. - Demonstrated ability to influence and align partners across engineering, learning, recruiting, people ops, IT, and facilities without direct authority.
Benefits and work setup
- Remote-first within the U.S.; occasional in-person collaboration at the San Francisco office; new hires attend in-person onboarding. - USA base pay range of $230,000-$290,000 for candidates based in CA, WA, NY, NJ, or CT; $204,000-$264,000 for other U.S. states, plus equity. - 100% employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents. - Monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech setup. - Flexible time off, generous holiday calendar, and an employee stock purchase plan.
