QA Automation Engineer

Role overview Build and deploy AI agents that automate business tasks by combining language models, workflow tools, and integrations with client systems. The work spans requirements gathering, prototyping, implementation, testing, and iteration in collaboration with client stakeholders and internal technical teams. Responsibilities - Develop agents that connect reasoning and business logic with automated workflows and other systems. - Orchestrate processes using tools such as Python, REST APIs, and low-code automation platforms. - Integrate language models with client processes, and tune prompts, memory, and interaction behavior. - Gather requirements with clients and demonstrate early prototypes. - Work with project, infrastructure, and user experience colleagues; document solutions for reuse. - Test and troubleshoot agents, then refine them using performance measures and client feedback.

Requirements - At least two years building automation or AI-enabled systems. - Python or another scripting language, plus familiarity with low-code automation tools. - Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and data movement across SaaS products. - Experience with language models and prompt engineering. - Familiarity with Docker, Git, and a cloud environment. - Ability to communicate clearly and work in an agile setting.

Nice to have - Experience with the Model Context Protocol, business process automation, or integrations involving BPMN, RPA, or ERP systems. - Experience with multilingual deployments or multi-agent frameworks.
