UI Designer (Webflow)

Role overview Shape the visual quality of websites, product interfaces, and digital assets from early design through delivery. The role combines independent decisions about typography, layout, and hierarchy with hands-on site production, often using Webflow and sometimes partnering with a frontend developer.

Responsibilities - Create interface and website concepts, component systems, and interactive prototypes. - Build and publish responsive websites in Webflow. - Make and explain design choices around typography, composition, hierarchy, and interaction details. - Maintain a shared design system that supports consistent work across projects. - Prepare visual assets and implementation specifications for developer handoff.

Requirements - Ability to design mockups, prototypes, and reusable interface components. - Strong judgment in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Practical Webflow skills for producing responsive websites. - Ability to maintain design systems and collaborate with developers. - Careful preparation of assets and clear handoff documentation.
