UX/UI Designer

Role overview Design end-to-end digital experiences for business apps, portals, internal tools and websites, from early user flows through tested prototypes and developer handoff. You will work across phone and desktop screens, review designs with clients weekly, observe real users trying prototypes, and refine the experience before implementation.

Responsibilities - Map user journeys, tasks and likely errors, and help define the screens required during project discovery. - Create wireframes and detailed phone and desktop screens, including empty, loading and error states. - Build interactive Figma prototypes using realistic sample data, then test them with customers or staff and revise areas where they struggle. - Create and extend reusable design systems, including components, states, colors, typography and spacing rules. - Write clear interface copy in Thai or English for labels, buttons and error messages. - Present work in weekly client reviews, explain design choices, prepare annotated handoffs and check implemented screens against the design.

Requirements - At least 1–3 years of UX/UI design experience for websites, web applications or mobile apps. - A portfolio that shows the problem, your contribution, what you tested and how findings changed the design, not only final screens. - Strong Figma skills, including Auto Layout, components, variants and interactive prototyping. - Understanding of user flows, information architecture, usability testing and accessible design, including contrast, text sizing and touch targets. - Ability to explain decisions clearly to clients and developers, receive feedback constructively, and work independently in a remote setting. - Thai language ability and enough English to read and write documentation.

Nice to have - Experience with LINE MINI Apps, customer portals or back-office dashboards. - Work on AI features, such as chat assistants or interfaces for reviewing an AI agent’s work. - HTML and CSS knowledge, or experience collaborating with developers using React and Tailwind CSS. - Design system implementation, interface motion or user interview experience.
