(EG0068) IAM Developer

Role overview An IAM Developer is needed to design, build, and operate secure identity and access management solutions for an organization working with US clients. The role focuses on integrating directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications while automating lifecycle workflows and strengthening the overall security posture.

Responsibilities - Design and develop scalable IAM solutions covering identity provisioning, governance, and access management workflows. - Integrate corporate directories, cloud environments, and third-party applications with the core IAM platform. - Configure and maintain Single Sign-On, Multi-Factor Authentication, and federated identity protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and OAuth. - Automate user lifecycle events (onboarding, transfers, offboarding) using low-code tools, scripting, or APIs. - Implement least-privilege and Role-Based Access Control models across the enterprise. - Collaborate with security, compliance, and infrastructure teams to align with data privacy regulations and internal audits. - Troubleshoot complex identity incidents, build custom connectors, and maintain thorough documentation.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Hands-on experience with one or more IAM platforms such as Auth0, Okta, Keycloak, Cognito, or Entra ID. - Strong understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, and SSO. - Solid backend or full-stack development experience in Java, .NET, or Node. - Advanced English proficiency, since the role supports US clients.

Nice to have - Experience with FusionAuth.
