QA / Automation Test Engineer

Role overview This role ensures that shipped software works reliably across web, mobile, and background automations. The position covers the full testing spectrum, from hands-on manual verification of new features to maintaining automated suites that catch regressions before they reach clients.

Responsibilities - Evaluate new features and automations through both manual testing and automated test runs before release - Build and sustain automated test coverage spanning web, mobile, and backend APIs - Configure and oversee monitoring checks that detect broken automations before clients notice - Produce clear, actionable bug reports that engineers can address without follow-up questions - Collaborate with engineers early in the development cycle to embed testability into the build

Requirements - Hands-on experience testing production web or mobile applications, both manually and through automation - Proficiency with a modern test framework such as Playwright, Cypress, or comparable tools - A mindset oriented toward edge cases rather than accepting surface-level results - Ability to articulate bugs clearly enough that another person can fix them independently

Nice to have - Background testing automations or integrations involving webhooks, APIs, or third-party tools - Scripting skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
