Role overview
This senior project leadership role owns delivery strategy across multiple digital-experience clients and workstreams at the same time. You will coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural teams, act as the senior escalation point, and keep scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations aligned in a fast-moving environment serving primarily Latin American customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead concurrent client engagements, set priorities, resolve conflicts between timelines, and maintain visibility into project health. - Build and adjust delivery plans, track milestones, identify risks early, and reprioritize as requirements change. - Coordinate internal stakeholders, product managers, UX and visual-design partners, and external agencies. - Manage client relationships with sensitivity to regional and cultural communication differences. - Perform visual and functional quality checks on Figma deliverables and oversee Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud workflows. - Negotiate scope, timing, and priorities across clients, internal teams, and agency partners. - Anticipate downstream effects of changes and communicate risks before they become delivery problems.
Requirements
- Lead-level project management experience, with a demonstrated record of running several clients or projects in parallel. - Full professional fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. - Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Cloud. - Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in complex delivery environments. - Experience working with Latin American clients and adapting delivery practices to their context. - Familiarity with Figma and hands-on experience conducting visual and functional QA. - Strong timeline-management, communication, negotiation, adaptability, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Professional fluency in Portuguese. - Experience in digital transformation programs involving enterprise or public-sector organizations.
