Role overview
A senior designer is needed to lead creative execution for premium B2B brand accounts within an in-house digital creative studio that supports performance-driven marketing campaigns. The role focuses on producing polished, platform-native advertising assets—static ads, landing pages, and motion storyboards—that meet a high bar of visual excellence. This is a senior individual contributor position that partners closely with strategists, motion designers, editors, and account leads across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead design output for high-profile client accounts, producing static ads, landing pages, and motion storyboards that reflect premium craft and polish - Serve as a senior creative resource, stepping in to refine and elevate team work when a higher level of direction or visual quality is required - Build clear storyboards and visual frameworks for motion and video content, partnering with editors and motion designers through production - Contribute to concepting and pitch decks, translating strategic ideas into visually engaging presentations for new and existing clients - Maintain brand consistency across deliverables while ensuring the work feels fresh, tailored, and platform-appropriate rather than templated - Collaborate with design pod leads, creative strategists, and cross-functional partners to raise the quality and effectiveness of creative across accounts
Requirements
- Portfolio demonstrating high-end design taste across digital advertising, including static ads, landing pages, and motion or storyboard work - Deep proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to deliver polished, production-ready creative - Familiarity with AI image-generation platforms to streamline workflow and ideation - Ability to translate brand guidelines into elevated, bespoke creative that feels premium - Experience developing storyboards for motion and video, with a grasp of pacing, composition, and visual storytelling - Comfort managing multiple brand accounts with varying aesthetics, standards, and feedback styles - Self-starter mindset with the ability to own projects end-to-end and deliver high-quality work with minimal direction
Nice to have
- Motion design or animation skills (e.g., After Effects) - Landing page and email design experience - Background in performance creative or agency environments - Experience designing for UI or app-based brands
Benefits and work setup
