Presentation & Customer-facing Assets Designer

Role overview A designer role inside the marketing function of an AI cloud infrastructure business, owning the presentation and customer-facing asset design system. The work spans building and maintaining templates, enabling the wider team to produce on-brand material, and directly producing sales decks, one-pagers, multi-page documents, diagrams and infographics for digital and print. The position sits at the intersection of brand systems, B2B storytelling and applied AI tooling.

Responsibilities - Maintain and evolve the presentation and customer-facing asset design system, building templates and ensuring consistency and usability. - Create and update AI templates and guidelines so the wider team can produce brand-accurate, polished material. - Design presentations, digital sales assets, one-pagers and multi-page PDFs for both digital and printed distribution. - Design diagrams, charts and infographics that turn complex information into clear visual solutions. - Handle additional tasks related to the creation of marketing materials as needs arise.

Requirements - A system-first mindset with proven experience building scalable design systems or component libraries that let others execute independently. - Background creating sales materials for technology or B2B products, packaging complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives. - Up-to-date knowledge of AI tools with a critical, design-expert eye for what they produce. - Deep proficiency with PowerPoint, Keynote, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. - Ability to articulate and defend design decisions, take feedback and iterate quickly. - Strong layout and composition skills, including typography, grids and visual hierarchy. - Strong attention to detail and consistency across a high volume of materials. - Creative thinking and the ability to juggle varied tasks within tight deadlines.

Nice to have - Writing and editing skills: structuring complex information, simplifying without losing meaning and building compelling storylines. - Understanding of animation principles and ability to animate slides or work with video. - Experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects.
