Delivery Operations Manager - Token Factory

Role overview Build the operating processes that connect sales, delivery, and customer success for an AI inference service, guiding customer engagements from proof of concept through production. Responsibilities - Run day-to-day processes for active proofs of concept and production customers, preserving context as engagements move into production. - Document and manage operational scenarios such as migrations, model or GPU changes, renewals, offboarding, and scope reductions. - Coordinate incident triage and escalation with solution architecture and support teams. - Support changes involving contracts, legal entities, product SKUs, and expansion opportunities; maintain guidance for sales and operations colleagues. - Track customer health, workloads, contract status, renewals, capacity changes, and dependencies, surfacing risks and driving resolution. - Improve handoffs and operational reviews across sales, pre-sales, engineering, and delivery; identify opportunities to automate workflows and alerts.

Requirements - Experience in cloud, AI, or SaaS operations. - Comfortable coordinating across sales, legal, finance, and engineering teams. - Able to bring structure to complex work while keeping processes practical. - Proactive about identifying risks and improving execution. - Able to understand technical discussions and connect engineering work to customer needs; coding is not required.
