Delivery Operations Manager - Token Factory

Role overview A Delivery Operations Manager is needed to build and run the operational backbone for an AI inference product line that is scaling across proof-of-concept and production environments. The role connects sales, delivery, and customer success so every customer interaction runs smoothly from first deal through production. The position is remote from Europe and sits at the intersection of commercial, technical, and post-sales teams.

Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day operational processes across active proof-of-concept and production customers, and ensure clean transitions from PoC to production without loss of context - Build and maintain documentation for complex scenarios such as customer migrations, model changes, GPU type changes, and contract renewals, and define cleanup processes for offboarding and scope reductions - Triage incidents together with Solutions Architects and Support, and keep escalation paths clear - Support transitions to new legal entities, updated contracts, and SKU changes, and align post-sales processes with broader cloud standards - Maintain a single source of truth on customer health, active workloads, and contract status, and track upcoming renewals, capacity changes, and operational dependencies - Drive automation initiatives across Salesforce, Jira, and back-office integrations, including customer notifications, contract expiry alerts, and cleanup workflows

Requirements

- Background in cloud, AI, or SaaS operations, with experience working across sales, legal, finance, and engineering teams - Ability to bring structure without adding bureaucracy - Proactive in surfacing risks and improving execution - Comfortable holding a conversation with a technical team without needing to write code, while understanding what engineers are building and why it matters for customers - Experience improving handoff clarity across Sales, Pre-Sales, Engineering, and Delivery, and running structured operational reviews
