About this role
Role overview This is a senior product management role leading the employee-facing technology surface of a healthcare benefits platform used by people covered through employer-sponsored plans. The product helps users compare insurance options, understand real costs, and resolve billing or access issues with the support of expert advocates.
Responsibilities - Drive engagement and satisfaction with consumer-facing healthcare technology, helping people make informed decisions and access care and support. - Shape and evolve the product roadmap alongside the Chief Product Officer, a Customer Advisory Board, and internal stakeholders. - Set annual product goals and measurable targets, aligning the team around outcomes and using evidence of impact to guide decisions throughout the year. - Partner with product support to surface usability issues, bugs, and friction, then drive them to resolution and verify the customer experience has actually improved. - Collaborate with product marketing to craft compelling narratives that translate into prospect and customer interest. - Lead close working partnerships across engineering and design from discovery through delivery.
Requirements - Five or more years in product management, with a track record of taking products from zero to one and finding product-market fit. - Experience deploying and scaling mission-critical SaaS products. - Evidence of measurable improvements in adoption, engagement, satisfaction, or comparable customer and business outcomes. - Demonstrated ability to align cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders around priorities, goals, and tradeoffs. - A growth mindset and comfort designing research plans from scratch, framing objectives as outcomes rather than features. - Active use of AI coding assistants and a willingness to navigate a complex codebase, apply fixes, and open pull requests with agent support.
Benefits and work setup - Remote-first company with an emphasis on autonomy and an inclusive culture. - Mission-driven team working on modernizing employer-sponsored healthcare in the United States. - Collaborative environment partnering engineering, design, and product functions closely together.
