Program Manager (Remote)

Role overview A senior Program Manager is needed to lead complex, multi-project enterprise technology and infrastructure programs for strategic clients, owning program health, governance, and outcomes end to end. The role partners closely with executives, delivery leaders, sales, and finance to align related projects against business objectives, contractual commitments, and operational capacity.

Responsibilities - Own overall program success, including roadmaps aligned with customer and business objectives. - Maintain visibility into schedule, scope, budget, risks, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction across related projects. - Run executive-level customer meetings and present concise health dashboards and reporting to internal leadership. - Partner with project managers, finance, account management, and delivery leadership to forecast revenue and resource needs. - Monitor margins, review change orders, and surface financial risks without owning day-to-day project accounting. - Identify program-level delivery, vendor, and resource risks early and develop mitigation strategies. - Mentor project managers, drive accountability, and remove organizational obstacles through influence. - Build trusted executive customer relationships and resolve escalations before they impact outcomes.

Requirements - Must be based in the United States; less than 10% travel may be required. - 8+ years managing complex technology projects. - 3+ years managing multi-project programs. - Experience leading enterprise infrastructure deployments such as data centers, structured cabling, network deployments, cloud infrastructure, enterprise IT, AI infrastructure, or professional services. - Demonstrated financial acumen and strong grasp of project governance and portfolio reporting. - Executive presence with the ability to communicate confidently to customers, executives, and senior leadership. - Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Power BI.
