Role overview Lead client-facing delivery of machine learning and generative or agentic AI solutions, from translating business needs into system designs through production deployment. The work combines technical consulting, architecture, hands-on implementation, and guidance on scalable data and model operations.

Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end AI/ML implementations with clients, translating business problems into technical plans and delivered solutions. - Design, build, and maintain production pipelines with CI/CD and MLOps practices for reliable model deployment and operation. - Develop generative and agentic AI applications, including retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent coordination, and evaluation. - Architect traditional ML and generative AI systems, including their infrastructure and data processing components. - Use containerization, orchestration, lakehouse platforms, and distributed computing to support production workloads. - Communicate proposals, findings, status, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders; document engagements and contribute to practice development.

Requirements - At least four years developing, deploying, and managing ML, generative AI, or agentic systems in production, including ongoing model maintenance. - At least three years in a customer-facing consulting or solution architecture role focused on implementation and delivery. - Strong Python skills for scalable, data-intensive AI/ML applications. - Experience with MLOps lifecycle practices such as model versioning, testing, monitoring, and automated deployment. - Experience with infrastructure management, including Docker and data pipeline orchestration. - Clear communication skills and a commitment to continued learning in AI/ML.
