Integration & Automation Engineer Sr (Python/TypeScript, n8n)

Role overview A senior engineering role within a remote-first data products and machine learning startup, embedded with a Low Code team serving one of the leading banks in Argentina. The position owns the technical evaluation of low-code tools and agent builders, builds proofs of concept, and deploys whichever platform gets adopted into the organization's cloud account. The work spans hands-on integration engineering, infrastructure automation, and custom code where off-the-shelf tooling falls short.

Responsibilities - Evaluate low-code tools and agent builders by standing them up in the organization's cloud account and testing against real use cases - Deploy and operate the adopted tool using containers, Terraform, GitHub Actions, secrets, networking, and security controls - Integrate the platform with the corporate ecosystem through OAuth2, SSO, internal APIs, and custom connectors - Build in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript whatever the tools cannot solve on their own, including custom connectors documented and reproducible - Replace manual deploys with CI/CD pipelines and add observability tooling - Technically validate any new solution before adoption or production shipment

Requirements - Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript - API integration experience with corporate authentication (REST, OAuth2) - Cloud deployment experience with containers, Terraform, and GitHub Actions - Track record evaluating tools or platforms and taking them to production for other teams - Technical autonomy with the ability to decide how things get built and own that decision independently

Nice to have - Experience deploying or operating a self-hosted low-code or agent-builder platform such as n8n, Dify, or Flowise - AWS experience - Microsoft ecosystem familiarity including Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure, and Entra ID - Observability experience with Grafana or similar tools
