About this role
Role overview Launch and improve AI agents that support debt collection for mid-market customers in Brazil. Requirements - Around 1–3 years in a technical role such as software or solutions engineering, implementation, technical support or consulting; strong graduates are also welcome. - Ability to work with Python and/or TypeScript, SQL, APIs and data files. - Interest in structured, repeatable work and automating tasks where possible. - Ability to manage several projects at once and keep them moving on schedule. - Clear communication with customers and teammates. - Native-level Portuguese and fluent English.
Nice to have - Practical experience with LLMs, including prompting, evaluations or small agent projects. - Exposure to collections, lending, telecom, utilities or related customer operations. - A degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics, or equivalent experience.
Benefits and work setup - Competitive salary based on skills, experience and impact, plus stock options. - Training, knowledge sharing and opportunities to learn from other startups. - Hybrid schedule in São Paulo: typically three days in the office and two remote, with flexibility in how you organize your work.
