About this role
Role overview
Launch AI agents that help organizations manage debt collection conversations, taking several mid-market customers from kickoff to a live service in roughly four weeks. Based in Mexico City, you will adapt reusable workflows to each customer, monitor results after launch, and improve the templates and tools that make future implementations faster and more reliable. The role covers customers such as lenders, telecommunications providers, utilities, healthcare organizations and servicing firms in Mexico.
Responsibilities - Manage multiple customer implementations in parallel and keep each on its agreed delivery schedule. - Configure agents from segment templates to reflect customer policies, products and communication style. - Set contact timing, retry limits, communication channels, payment links and handoffs to human agents in line with relevant rules. - Set up customer data imports and exports through standard integration workflows; test agents with simulations before launch and resolve failures. - Use SQL and dashboards to assess contact, payment and funnel results, explain performance to customers, and refine agents or contact strategies. - Turn recurring work into templates, scripts or tools, document handoffs, and share customer feedback and product gaps with internal teams.
Requirements - Around one to three years in a technical role such as software or solutions engineering, implementation, technical support or consulting; strong graduates are also considered. - Ability to use Python and/or TypeScript, SQL, APIs and data files. - Organized, repeatable approach to work, with an interest in automation and managing several projects at once. - Clear communication with customers and teammates. - Native-level Spanish and fluent English.
Nice to have - Practical exposure to LLM prompting, evaluations or small agents; experience in collections, lending or customer operations; or a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Benefits and work setup - Competitive, skills-based compensation, stock options, and learning and development opportunities. - Hybrid work based in Mexico City, typically three office days and two remote days per week, with flexibility in how work is organized.
