Role overview
Implement AI agents that support debt collection for mid-market customers, taking several projects at a time from kickoff to a live service in around four weeks. Based in Paris, you will customize reusable workflows for customers in France, monitor live performance and refine the tools and templates used across implementations. The customer base includes lenders, telecommunications providers, utilities, healthcare organizations and servicing firms.
Responsibilities - Coordinate multiple implementations at once, keeping each on track from customer kickoff to launch. - Adapt standard agent templates to customer policies, products and tone. - Configure permitted contact windows, retry frequency, communication channels, payment links and human-agent handoffs. - Set up customer data exchanges through standard integrations and test agents with simulations before go-live. - Use SQL and dashboards to review contact, payment and funnel performance, explain results and make improvements to agents or contact strategies. - Convert repeated implementation work into templates, scripts or tools; document handoffs and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
Requirements - Roughly one to three years in a technical role such as software or solutions engineering, implementation, technical support or consulting; strong graduates are welcome. - Ability to use Python and/or TypeScript, SQL, APIs and data files. - Strong organization across repeatable workflows and concurrent projects, with an interest in automation. - Clear communication with customers and teammates. - Native-level French and fluent English.
Nice to have - Experience with LLM prompting, evaluations or small agents; exposure to collections, lending or customer operations; or a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
