Role overview
Deliver AI agents for debt collection to mid-market customers, taking several implementations at once from kickoff to launch in about four weeks. Based in Milan, you will tailor reusable workflows for customers in Italy, track results after go-live, and improve the templates and tools that make delivery more consistent and efficient. Customers may include lenders, telecommunications providers, utilities, healthcare organizations and servicing firms.
Responsibilities - Run multiple implementations in parallel, guiding each customer from kickoff through launch on a defined timeline. - Adapt segment-based agent templates to each customer's products, policies and communication style. - Configure contact timing and frequency, channels, payment links and transfers to human agents while respecting applicable requirements. - Set up data imports and exports using standard integration flows, and test agent behavior with simulations before launch. - Analyze contact, promise-to-pay, payment and funnel data with SQL and dashboards; communicate findings and tune agents or strategies. - Identify recurring work that can become templates, scripts or tools, document customer handoffs, and share feedback with product and engineering teams.
Requirements - About one to three years of experience in a technical role such as software or solutions engineering, implementation, support or consulting; strong graduates may also qualify. - Ability to work with Python and/or TypeScript, SQL, APIs and data files. - An organized approach to repeatable work, project scheduling and process automation. - Clear communication with customers and colleagues. - Native-level Italian and fluent English.
Nice to have - Hands-on LLM experience, exposure to collections, lending or related customer operations, or a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
