Role overview
Build and launch AI agents that support debt collection for banks and large lenders, translating customer policies, systems and operating goals into reliable production workflows. Based in Madrid, you will lead deployments in Spain from early scoping and proof of concept through launch, then use performance data to improve agent behavior and customer outcomes.
Responsibilities - Own enterprise implementations end to end, including scoping, configuration, evaluation and production rollout. - Work with customer teams to define agent actions, safeguards, escalation paths and contact strategies. - Design prompts and agent logic for identification, negotiation and payment conversations across channels and languages. - Integrate with customer banking, collections, data and telephony systems; investigate issues through logs, traces and conversation records. - Build simulations, evaluation tools and regression checks to catch errors and behavior changes before they affect customers. - Analyze contact, payment and funnel performance with SQL and dashboards, then explain findings and recommend improvements.
Requirements - Experience in software engineering, solutions or implementation engineering, technical consulting, or technical product work. - Ability to write code and SQL, use APIs and deliver integrations from start to finish. - Practical experience building with LLMs, including prompting, evaluation, safeguards or tool use. - Experience delivering and iterating on tested production systems for enterprise customers. - Clear communication with senior stakeholders and the ability to turn requirements into a delivery plan. - Native-level Spanish and fluent English; comfort working through ambiguity and changing needs.
Nice to have - Experience in banking, lending, collections or regulated customer communications; voice AI or telephony experience; or a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
