Forward Deployed Engineer, Enterprise - Dubai 🇦🇪

Role overview Take responsibility for building and improving AI agents that handle debt collection workflows for banks and large lenders. You’ll work directly with customer technical and operations leads to design, test and launch agents, then use production evidence to improve results and outreach practices. Based in Dubai, the role supports enterprise deployments across the UAE and the wider Middle East.

Responsibilities - Lead deployments from customer discovery and proof-of-concept planning through implementation, evaluation and production release. - Define agent procedures with customers, including permitted actions, safeguards and escalation to human teams. - Build prompts and agent logic for identification, negotiation and payment conversations across channels and languages. - Configure contact timing and retry rules, channel selection, payment links and handoffs in line with customer needs and applicable rules. - Create simulation and regression tests, connect agents to customer banking, collections, data and telephony systems, and investigate failures. - Track contact, promise and payment outcomes using SQL and dashboards; present results and apply improvements.

Requirements - Experience in software engineering, technical consulting or technical product management. - Ability to write code and SQL, work with APIs and build integrations end to end. - Practical LLM experience covering prompting, evaluation, safeguards, harnesses or tool use. - Track record delivering enterprise production systems with structured testing and iteration. - Ability to explain technical decisions to senior stakeholders and translate needs into plans. - Native-level Arabic and fluent English, with comfort in fast-changing and ambiguous work.

Nice to have - Experience in banking, lending, collections or regulated customer communications. - Voice AI or telephony experience. - A degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics, or equivalent experience.
