Role overview A Media Monitoring Automation Specialist is needed within Global Services to help transition manual media-intelligence workflows into reliable automated systems. The role sits at the intersection of editorial requirements, configuration, and operations, supporting both content acquisition and delivery for domestic and international clients. It is well-suited to someone detail-oriented and technically curious who enjoys turning repeatable processes into scalable automation.
Responsibilities - Support migration of manual processes using internal tooling and automation platforms such as N8N. - Translate editorial and client brief requirements into scalable system configurations. - Configure and maintain automation workflows covering content acquisition, validation, tagging, summarization, and delivery. - Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for automated workflows. - Monitor and troubleshoot issues tied to workflow automation, data quality, and system performance. - Maintain documentation for client configurations and communicate updates across internal teams. - Support vendor-related processes including evaluation, communication, and invoice reconciliation. - Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
Requirements - Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail in system setup and monitoring. - Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as N8N or comparable tools. - Ability to clearly document processes and communicate across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Proactive problem-solving orientation with a focus on continuous improvement. - Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Demonstrated practice of incorporating AI tools into day-to-day work to improve productivity and delivery speed. - Experience supporting or coordinating with third-party vendors.
Nice to have - Prior exposure to public relations, earned media, or media-monitoring environments. - Experience building SOPs that span multiple client configurations and regions. - Comfort working across distributed, fully remote teams.
