Staff Product Manager, Search Experiences

Responsibilities - Define and own the multi-quarter product strategy and roadmap for search features, balancing engagement and revenue outcomes. - Drive end-to-end experimentation across browser search access points, default search experiences, and search suggestions. - Partner with Data Science to define success metrics and translate insights into prioritized product decisions. - Collaborate with Business Development to ensure product execution aligns with search partnership commitments. - Work with Engineering, Research, and Design to prototype and ship innovative search experiences. - Navigate trade-offs between user experience, privacy principles, technical constraints, and revenue impact. - Contribute to quarterly and annual planning, surfacing risks, opportunities, and long-term strategic bets.

Requirements - 5+ years of product management experience with ownership of revenue-impacting, user-facing product areas. - Background in search, discovery, AI/ML-powered products, or adjacent domains. - Strong grasp of modern AI capabilities and their product implications. - Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and influencing without direct authority. - Analytical fluency with product analytics tools and SQL. - Excellent communication skills and comfort engaging with senior stakeholders.
