Senior Data Analyst

Role overview Turn complex data into useful evidence for strategic and operational decisions. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to shape analytical needs into scalable data solutions, uncover patterns in medium to large datasets, and communicate findings through reports and visualizations. You will also help protect data quality and support responsible, policy-aligned data use.

Responsibilities - Gather and translate business requirements into analytical approaches and reusable data solutions. - Extract, clean, transform, and integrate data for analysis. - Identify trends and opportunities, then present findings in clear reports and visualizations. - Partner with teams across the organization to address business questions and improve operations. - Promote data accuracy, integrity, governance, and compliance with enterprise policies. - Explain analytical results and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements - Degree or relevant experience in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology, or a related area. - At least two years of relevant technical or business experience, or equivalent knowledge, in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical field. - Evidence of producing insights that inform strategic decisions. - Proficiency in SQL and/or Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, plus experience with data visualization tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality. - Ability to own work independently and collaborate across teams.

Nice to have - Epic or Clarity certification, or equivalent healthcare experience.
