Sr. Director, Product Management, UHNW Platform

Role overview Lead product strategy for an integrated platform serving ultra-high-net-worth clients who require family-office-level service across financial planning, investment management, tax, and estate work. The role sits at the intersection of business, operations, and technology, owning what is shipped while partnering with engineering and advisory teams who determine how it is built and delivered. It is both strategic and hands-on, requiring direct engagement in discovery and workflow design.

Responsibilities - Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the UHNW platform, balancing near-term priorities and long-term goals - Translate business strategy, client needs, and advisor feedback into a cohesive, prioritized product direction - Develop a firsthand understanding of advisor, investment, tax, estate, and operational workflows through direct observation - Synthesize conflicting inputs into clear problem statements and scalable platform solutions - Translate complex business needs into well-architected workflows, user stories, and process flows - Partner with engineering, operations, and advisory leadership to align on priorities and deliver measurable results

Requirements - Experience in wealth management, financial services, or investment platforms - Experience with CRM systems, portfolio management tools, and client reporting platforms - Background in operating model design, process transformation, or platform modernization - Awareness of industry trends and emerging practices in wealth management technology
