Senior Salesforce Administrator (GTM Systems)
Job details
About this role
Role overview Senior Salesforce Administrator embedded in a GTM Systems team within Revenue Operations at a high-growth healthcare staffing marketplace. The role owns the day-to-day health and continued evolution of Salesforce and adjacent sales tools such as LeanData and Salesloft, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, and Customer Success to design cleaner, more scalable systems. It is a hands-on position that treats Salesforce as a designed product rather than a request queue.
Responsibilities - Own Salesforce administration end to end, including advanced configuration, security, roles, custom objects, and declarative automation that scales across teams. - Define and enforce the data model behind customer and funnel metrics, maintaining a documented data dictionary, change control, deduplication, matching and merge rules, and validation logic that keeps records clean at entry. - Run lead and account routing end to end with monitoring that catches automation drift, and instrument the funnel to surface where deals stall. - Oversee third-party integrations, API configurations, and middleware across sales engagement, enrichment, customer success, support, and billing, with light development on Apex triggers and code-related troubleshooting. - Build advanced reports, dashboards, and exec-level views that align Sales, Marketing, Finance, CS, and Support on the same numbers. - Serve as the single point of contact for GTM systems, triaging inbound requests, prioritizing work, deciding what gets built in-house versus routed to external partners, and applying LLM-assisted workflows for ICP scoring, intent signals, account research, and outreach personalization.
Requirements - 5+ years in Business Systems, RevOps, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or a comparable technical operations function with hands-on Salesforce administration. - Deep Salesforce data fluency, including command of the object model, SOQL, cross-object formula fields, and reports built without a tutorial. - Integration experience owning a sync between Salesforce and at least one adjacent platform, including field mapping and entity-resolution decisions. - Ability to scope working systems with minimal specification and serve multiple GTM stakeholders at once, holding the line on data model integrity.
Nice to have - Hands-on LeanData experience in lead/account matching, routing, and monitoring. - Light development comfort with Apex triggers, process automation, and code troubleshooting. - Warehouse or lake exposure with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or similar, including reporting-oriented modeling. - AI fluency using LLMs in production for classification, extraction, summarization, and prompt chaining, and weaving AI tools into personal workflow. - Consulting, agency, or early-stage company background.
Benefits and work setup - Competitive compensation based on experience and performance. - 401(k) and a full suite of medical, dental, and vision benefits. - Flexible and unlimited paid time off plus paid parental leave. - Fully remote work with the tools needed to operate as if in office; work location is flexible subject to approval.
