About this role
Role overview This role leads research recruitment operations for a user-research platform, acting as the operational hub connecting prospects, customers, and external panel partners. The position focuses on building and scaling the participant recruitment marketplace that helps product teams source qualified participants for research studies. It is a remote position based in the U.S., with a preference for candidates working in Eastern or Central time zones.
Responsibilities - Own vendor relationships across the panel network, evaluating quality and fulfillment metrics to inform order assignment and prioritization. - Onboard new panel vendors in line with business needs, performing due diligence on quality and fit. - Translate customer recruitment requirements into feasible orders and place them across the appropriate vendors. - Track order progress end-to-end, surfacing delays or fulfillment risks and resolving common issues such as low incidence rates and screener drop-off. - Design and refine operating processes that improve scalability and efficiency as recruitment volume grows. - Partner with Product and Engineering to shape internal tooling, and contribute operational insight to roadmap and pricing decisions. - Develop clear customer-facing materials that make the recruitment offering easy to understand and use.
Requirements - Three or more years of experience in operations, consulting, research operations, UX research, or market research. - Demonstrated ability to take projects from strategy through implementation in fast-paced, evolving environments. - Resourceful and detail-oriented, with the capacity to manage multiple concurrent workstreams without compromising customer experience. - Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and executive audiences. - Track record of building collaborative relationships across internal teams and external partners.
Benefits and work setup - Fully remote work with flexible scheduling and self-managed hours. - Health insurance with international coverage, vision, and dental, with the team member premium fully covered, plus life and disability insurance. - Unlimited access to mental health care, including virtual therapy sessions. - Meaningful equity, paid family leave of 16 weeks for birth or adoptive parents, and a monthly allowance that can be applied to dependent coverage or other personal benefits. - Remote work setup fund, company-provided laptop, fully paid company retreats, peer recognition program, and ongoing virtual social events.
