Senior SAP Data Services Tester

Role overview A senior-level remote position for an experienced SAP Data Services Tester who can lead validation efforts for complex enterprise SAP rollouts. The role combines hands-on testing with strategy, scenario design, and stakeholder facilitation across modules such as S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain. Work supports defense-sector engagements with a public-trust clearance pathway.

Responsibilities - Translate functional blueprints into detailed test scenarios and build comprehensive suites across multiple SAP modules. - Lead execution of unit, integration, performance, and regression testing for large, complex programs. - Drive defect management using SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM, including triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution tracking. - Coordinate user acceptance testing between developers and end-users, ensuring go-live readiness and client approval. - Develop overarching test strategies, scope estimates, and plans across testing phases. - Collaborate with technical teams to capture, document, and resolve issues identified during execution.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field. - Three to five years of SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation. - Strong knowledge of SAP functional domains (for example SD, MM, FICO, or EWM) and standard transaction codes. - Practical experience with Agile environments, CI/CD pipelines, and data mapping. - Test automation proficiency in enterprise tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, or OpenText UFT One. - U.S. citizenship with willingness to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability and a Tier 2 investigation for DoD Common Access Card eligibility.

Benefits and work setup Fully remote position within the United States. Projected compensation range is $89,100 to $148,200, varying with contract wage determination, experience, skills, location, education, certifications, and federal contract labor categories.
