Role overview This fully remote position validates the reliability and performance of SAP implementations, ensuring technical processes map cleanly to business needs. The role spans test design, automated and manual execution, and user acceptance testing across major modules such as S/4HANA, Finance, and Supply Chain, supporting defense-sector clients.
Responsibilities - Translate functional blueprints and requirements into executable test scenarios - Conduct unit, integration, performance, and regression testing across SAP modules - Manage defects end-to-end using tools such as SAP Solution Manager or SAP Cloud ALM - Facilitate user acceptance testing by bridging developers and end users to confirm go-live readiness - Write and execute test scripts that exercise cross-process functionality and end-to-end flows - Collaborate with technical teams to identify, document, and resolve issues found during execution - Contribute to test planning, defining scope and duration for each testing phase
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field - 1 to 3 years of SAP S/4HANA testing experience, including at least one full-cycle implementation - Working knowledge of SAP functional domains (for example SD, MM, FICO, or EWM) and their standard transaction codes - Experience operating in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines and data mapping - Proficiency with test automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, or OpenText UFT One - U.S. citizenship and willingness to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability, including a Tier 2 Investigation for DoD Common Access Card eligibility
