Senior Price to Win Analyst

Role overview Lead pricing analysis for major federal contracting pursuits, using market research and financial modeling to recommend competitive price strategies. The role supports capture teams from early opportunity decisions through executive review, with a focus on large-scale prime opportunities.

Responsibilities - Lead price-to-win analysis and pricing strategy for enterprise pursuits. - Research customer and competitor behavior using government and commercial market intelligence. - Analyze solicitations and evaluation methods to identify key price drivers. - Build top-down and bottom-up financial models and business case analyses. - Support findings with budget, labor-rate, award, spending, and industry benchmark data. - Present recommendations to executives and capture stakeholders; inform RFI responses and bid/no-bid decisions.

Requirements - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field. - At least 8 years of relevant experience in price-to-win, price strategy, or proposal pricing within federal contracting. - Experience leading analysis for federal prime opportunities valued at $100M or more. - Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, plus experience with cost and price modeling, labor-rate research, and competitor analysis. - Knowledge of federal acquisition rules, contract types, and evaluation methods; experience with market intelligence platforms such as GovWin IQ, FPDS, SAM.gov, or Bloomberg Government. - Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship; strong research, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
