About this role
Role overview A national-security-focused technology company supporting government intelligence, Department of Defense, and federal civilian clients is hiring an RPA Developer to design, build, and deliver tailored UiPath automations. The role is fully remote with occasional client-site travel and requires an active Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
- Implement and modify RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and related automation tools. - Debug complex software components and automation workflows, then conduct unit testing and demonstrate completed work to stakeholders. - Collaborate with developers, testers, process owners, and other team members to deliver robust solutions, including change logs and documentation aligned to build and release guidelines. - Develop and maintain technical documentation such as Process Design Documents and Solution Design Documents. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Engage directly with stakeholders and end-users to gather process requirements and provide product demonstrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or a related field, plus 5+ years of comparable work experience. - 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath, with current UiPath certification. - Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and applying Agile principles, plus familiarity with deployment pipelines such as Azure DevOps or comparable tools. - Strong design and build skills for technical solutions on the UiPath platform. - UiPath certifications or specialization in UiPath Document Understanding and AI Center. - Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations, SQL queries, and custom VB.NET or C# scripts within UiPath. - An organized, methodical approach to development and problem-solving, with strong analytical ability and a track record of meeting deadlines on large, cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in standard office productivity tools. - Active Security Plus certification, U.S. citizenship, and a current Secret-level clearance or higher.
