Remote job
Senior Growth Product Manager, AI-Native
Job details
About this role
Role overview
This is a senior growth product role focused on personalized retention and monetization for a crypto casino and sportsbook platform. The position owns the full post-signup lifecycle, treating retention as a growth loop rather than a marketing function. It is explicitly AI-native, with the expectation that the person will build the workflows, agents, and pipelines that replace what would traditionally require a much larger team.
Responsibilities
- Own retention and monetization after sign-up, including setting targets and driving the underlying numbers - Evolve the player segmentation framework beyond value and risk, deciding which signals feed it and how the rest of the company uses it - Build the AI-native growth stack: analysis tools, agents, and automated pipelines that surface segments, generate offer candidates, and run campaigns - Design and ship targeted offers such as reload bonuses, lossback, wager bounties, challenges, and win-back sequences, and measure their impact - Spend time in the data warehouse and on-chain data to identify patterns and turn them into campaigns quickly - Expand player signals, including on-chain activity, status-match programs, and social account linking - Run campaigns hands-on across email, in-app, messaging, and other channels - Partner with engineering and design to ship the product surfaces that make these workflows repeatable
Requirements
- Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design; experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces is helpful - Deep analytical ability, including the capacity to go from an open question to a clean cohort cut independently - AI-native by default, with active use of AI tools to write queries, build analyses, and automate work - High idea output paired with sound judgment about what to test first - A bias to do the work directly, from running queries to writing specs and sending campaigns - Comfort operating in ambiguity and building a playbook where none exists
Nice to have
- Background as a growth PM at a data-heavy consumer company - Consulting experience with a desire to move from advising to owning outcomes - Profile of a product-minded data scientist or analyst who wants to ship rather than just report
