Senior Technical Project Manager

Role overview Lead software delivery projects from initial scope through completion, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and client stakeholders. The role combines hands-on planning and delivery oversight with technical judgment, risk management, and improvements to project practices across teams.

Responsibilities - Define project plans, milestones, work breakdowns, budgets, and resource needs; track progress against them. - Lead delivery meetings, client check-ins, and clear updates on progress, risks, blockers, and decisions. - Select and run suitable Agile, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid practices, including team ceremonies. - Identify risks early, clear blockers, and work with engineers to guide delivery decisions and review key outputs. - Maintain project tracking and communication spaces, then coordinate closeout tasks and feedback. - Run retrospectives, share lessons, give peer feedback, and help improve project management practices.

Requirements - At least five years managing technical projects in software development. - Client-facing project experience in a consultancy or startup setting. - Strong understanding of Agile approaches and project management tools such as Jira and Notion. - Comfortable working independently with remote, multicultural teams. - Excellent spoken and written English for meetings and business communication; application materials should be in English.

Nice to have - A degree in computer science or a related field. - Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS or GCP. - Familiarity with backend, data, or DevOps work.
