Role overview
Lead product strategy and delivery for capabilities that improve the experience of learning-platform administrators and increase engagement among workforce, customer, and partner learners. This senior role combines market research, customer insight, AI-informed product development, roadmap ownership, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision that supports organizational goals and evolving customer needs. - Build and maintain prioritized roadmaps, revising them as user feedback, market conditions, and emerging opportunities change. - Define project success metrics, analyze product data and feedback, and use those insights to guide product decisions. - Research industry trends and competing offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation, enhancement, and improved services. - Lead go-to-market planning with marketing and operations teams, while communicating roadmap priorities and release information clearly to stakeholders. - Work across engineering, design, content, quality assurance, and go-to-market functions to translate needs into well-documented epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a record of developing and delivering capabilities that support business objectives. - Strong understanding of how AI is changing software products, together with an analytical and solutions-oriented approach to decision-making. - Experience with Agile development and agentic product lifecycle practices; familiarity with Aha! and Pragmatic Institute methods is a plus. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated success working across product, engineering, design, content, and commercial functions. - Knowledge of instructional design and user-experience practices. - Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, accessibility and mobile requirements, common learning-content formats, and reporting or analytics systems.
Nice to have
- Experience in education technology or learning management systems. - Hands-on familiarity with Aha!, Pragmatic Institute methods, and product reporting or analytics tools.
