FULL-STACK DEVELOPER
Job details
About this role
Role overview Two full-stack engineers are needed to build a quality-assurance solution for an automotive production environment on a major digital transformation programme. The work spans AWS serverless backend development, React front ends, DevSecOps, automation, and AI-assisted engineering, supporting quality planners who configure automated inspection rules.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features for a production quality-assurance system that automates follow-up inspection orders. - Build scalable serverless backend services on AWS using Lambda, API Gateway, and event-driven patterns such as EventBridge. - Implement business and matching logic that decides which vehicles require follow-up inspections. - Develop modern React front ends and the APIs or event integrations that connect them to downstream production systems. - Automate cloud infrastructure with AWS CDK or Terraform, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with least-privilege IAM. - Add observability through logging, tracing, monitoring, and alerting, and ship comprehensive unit and integration tests for business-critical logic. - Use agentic coding and AI-assisted development tools daily, participate in code reviews, and collaborate across an international engineering team.
Requirements
- Professional experience as a full-stack developer with strong React and AWS serverless skills, especially Lambda and API Gateway. - Solid experience with event-driven architectures and infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK or Terraform. - DevSecOps knowledge including CI/CD pipelines, IAM, security best practices, least privilege, and observability tooling. - Strong automated testing background across unit, integration, and frontend test layers. - Hands-on agentic coding experience is mandatory, with regular use of AI-powered development tools in daily work. - Willingness and readiness to travel occasionally on short notice, including internationally, when project needs require it.
Benefits and work setup
- Gross salary range of €3000 to €4500 per month. - Remote work options plus access to an office in Vilnius, Lithuania, with themed lunches and a pet-friendly environment. - Compensated certifications, learning lunches, and language lessons. - Additional health insurance and loyalty days for Lithuanian residents. - Flexible time off depending on the project, two team-building events per year, seasonal activities, referral bonuses, and recognition of personal milestones.
