Role overview This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role focused on building and evolving an internal marketing intelligence and CRM platform. The engineer will own features from architecture through production support, partnering with Product, UX, QA, and other engineering squads to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
Responsibilities - Design and build user interfaces using React and TypeScript, and develop backend services with Django and Python. - Own features end-to-end, including architecture decisions, implementation, deployment, and ongoing production support. - Translate business problems into scalable technical solutions and integrate with third-party platforms, including Google services. - Improve delivery speed, code quality, and system reliability through engineering best practices. - Set technical direction, mentor teammates, and help raise engineering standards across frontend and backend development. - Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities and ship high-quality releases.
Requirements - Significant professional experience building production full-stack applications with React, TypeScript, Django, and Python. - Track record of owning features from architecture through deployment and production support. - Experience integrating with third-party APIs and platforms. - Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams. - Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with Product, UX, QA, and engineering peers. - Pragmatic mindset focused on delivery speed, quality, and reliability.
