About this role

Role overview A fully remote engineering opportunity focused on building low-code solutions for a U.S. federal defense customer within a GCC/GCC-High tenant. The role centers on designing Canvas Apps, Power Automate Cloud Flows, and Power BI dashboards that modernize manual workflows and surface actionable insights. The work blends hands-on solution development with stakeholder-facing delivery for small-to-medium projects.

Responsibilities - Design and develop responsive Canvas Apps with a strong emphasis on UI/UX, accessibility, and performance inside DoD environments. - Architect Power Automate Cloud Flows that replace manual processes, leaning on standard connectors and Dataverse for Teams to control licensing costs. - Build Power BI reports and dashboards that turn complex datasets into clear visuals for leadership and project stakeholders. - Analyze legacy data, map it for integration, and design new relational schemas on SharePoint, Dataverse for Teams, or standard Dataverse. - Operate inside GCC/GCC-High compliance constraints, ensuring solutions meet federal security and governance requirements. - Debug flow logic, UI/UX issues, and data-relation problems, then manage the release lifecycle of low-code deliverables.

Requirements - 5+ years of professional software development experience. - Proficiency with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. - Hands-on experience building relational data models on SharePoint, Dataverse for Teams, or standard Dataverse. - Solid understanding of Power Platform licensing, especially how to design solutions that avoid premium-connector dependencies. - Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business. - U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance.

Nice to have - Microsoft Power Platform Applied Skills or certifications. - Prior experience supporting the Department of the Air Force, DoD, or other federal agencies in GCC/GCC-High tenants. - Agile team experience and exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or other programming languages.

Benefits and work setup - Fully remote, full-time position. - Projected compensation range of $89,100–$148,200, with variation based on experience, skills, certifications, and contract labor category. - Benefits package typically includes health insurance, life insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, short- and long-term disability, retirement and savings programs, learning and development opportunities, and wellness programs.
