About this role
Role overview Drive implementation delivery for a behavioral science and AI platform that delivers personalized health interventions to large consumer populations. The role partners with client stakeholders and internal teams to plan, coordinate, and manage client implementations from kickoff through launch and operational handoff.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain project plans covering scope, milestones, workstreams, dependencies, owners, timelines, and acceptance criteria through launch - Manage scope against approved requirements and run changes through a formal change control process; maintain accurate project documentation including plans, status reports, decision logs, issue trackers, and risk registers - Facilitate governance routines such as status meetings, stakeholder reviews, decision forums, risk reviews, and launch readiness checkpoints; escalate risks, unresolved decisions, and resource constraints as needed - Partner with clients and internal subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and document business, solution, technical, and operational requirements - Coordinate resource planning across teams and manage launch readiness activities including readiness criteria, testing support, defect triage, operational preparation, and go/no-go inputs - Support the transition from implementation to operations by coordinating handoff materials, support expectations, open items, and post-launch monitoring
Requirements - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience - 3–5 years in project management, implementation management, client-facing delivery, consulting, or SaaS implementation, preferably in healthcare or other protected data environments - Proven ability to manage multi-phase projects with parallel interdependent workstreams, structured governance, and measurable milestones - Experience applying project controls including scope management, change control, resource planning, risk and issue management, escalation, and implementation-to-operations handoffs - Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate decisions - Working knowledge of integrated systems, SaaS or PaaS environments, APIs, data integrations, and reporting concepts
Nice to have - Experience with Agile delivery practices, technical documentation, business analytics, issue triage, and user acceptance testing
