UI/UX Designer | AI Powered Products

Role overview Elevate the usability, design quality, and visual identity of a growing portfolio of AI-powered internal tools through a mix of UX research, product design, prototyping, visual design, branding, and design systems work. The role is highly collaborative and hands-on, partnering directly with users, builders, product partners, and stakeholders to translate insights into thoughtful, cohesive experiences across multiple products.

Responsibilities - Plan and conduct design research and usability testing with internal teams and product partners, and translate findings into prioritized product and design recommendations. - Build user flows, wireframes, design specifications, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for new and existing AI tools. - Define and own the visual identity across the internal product portfolio, including logos, graphics, illustrations, interface assets, and launch materials. - Build and maintain an internal design system with components, interaction patterns, style guidelines, and documentation that enable builders to create cohesive experiences independently. - Contribute directly to lightweight front-end builds through vibe coding for marketing pages, brand experiences, and focused projects, and set standards for vibecoded web applications. - Manage multiple concurrent design requests, prioritize by user and business impact, and document research methods, standards, and system patterns.

Requirements - 3 to 5+ years of UI/UX or product design experience, ideally supporting internal tools, enterprise products, or B2B experiences. - Strong portfolio demonstrating work across UX research, interaction design, product design, and visual or graphic design, with portfolio links required on the resume. - Advanced proficiency in Figma, including specifications, prototyping, components, and design systems. - Experience establishing design standards for modern web applications, including vibecoded experiences. - Ability to manage multiple products and design requests while prioritizing by impact. - Strong communication and collaboration skills with clear documentation of design decisions and standards. - Self-directed, comfortable ramping quickly in a fast-moving environment.

Nice to have - Experience building or maintaining a design system from the ground up. - Experience designing AI-powered, generative AI, or agent-based products. - Familiarity with front-end frameworks and component libraries. - Experience creating brand identities and launch materials for product rollouts. - Experience designing internal tools used by technical, operational, or product teams.
