Job details
About this role
Role overview This position sits within a Revenue organization and owns the technical systems that power customer acquisition across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps. The role blends revenue operations, growth engineering, and demand generation—designed for someone who thinks in pipeline metrics, builds automation hands-on, and measures success by meetings booked and revenue influenced rather than workflows shipped.
Responsibilities - Build and maintain automated lead generation systems, including enrichment pipelines, ICP scoring models, and multi-step sequencing logic - Own email deliverability infrastructure: domain setup, warm-up, authentication, inbox rotation, and ongoing monitoring - Design personalization and dynamic copy logic that drives reply rates, not just send volume - Build automated workflows connecting CRM, sequencers, data sources, and enrichment tools via APIs, webhooks, and no-code/low-code platforms - Identify and operationalize buying signals that trigger outbound at the right moment for the right contact - Maintain HubSpot as the system of record: clean data, meaningful properties, and functional workflows - Evaluate and pilot new AI and GTM tools, integrating what works into the core stack - Report on pipeline influenced by automated systems, including meetings booked, sequences launched, and lead-to-opportunity conversion - Partner with AEs and SDRs to identify workflow gaps, broken handoffs, and manual work to automate
Requirements - Demonstrated experience in GTM engineering, RevOps, growth engineering, technical demand generation, or a sales background with a track record of building your own systems - Hands-on experience building data enrichment workflows and multi-step automation in production environments - Proficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot specifically) and email automation tooling - Comfort making API calls, working with webhooks, and connecting tools through no-code or low-code automation platforms - Commercial instinct: thinking in pipeline generated and demos booked - Ability to move quickly, work autonomously, and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have - Experience with affiliate or partner marketing platforms - Familiarity with the e-commerce seller ecosystem - Working knowledge of SQL or basic Python
Benefits and work setup - Open vacation and sick policy with flexibility to take the time needed - Competitive salary and benefits package - Professional growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding startup environment - Must maintain a permanent address in one of the following U.S. states: California, Florida, New York, Ohio, Utah, Texas, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or the District of Columbia
