Role overview
A senior full stack engineer is needed to lead the design and delivery of customer-facing product experiences and the backend systems that support them. The work spans high-scale distributed systems, reliable data and event pipelines, intuitive enterprise workflows, and emerging AI-powered capabilities that help software teams release, observe, and govern software with greater confidence. Senior scope here is defined by sustained impact, technical judgment, and influence across product boundaries rather than by years of experience alone.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of large or ambiguous end-to-end initiatives across frontend and backend layers - Build product interfaces with TypeScript and React, and develop services and APIs in Go, Python, or comparable languages - Translate customer problems and product goals into technical designs with clear tradeoffs and incremental delivery plans - Own work from discovery through implementation, launch, measurement, operational support, and iteration - Partner with product, design, data, and engineering leadership to balance usability, accessibility, performance, reliability, security, cost, and time to value - Improve observability and operational health, participate in incident response, mentor engineers, and influence architecture through design documents and code reviews
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building and operating production web applications with a track record of meaningful customer or business impact - Strong experience with a modern typed frontend stack such as React with TypeScript or equivalent - Backend experience designing or operating APIs, services, data stores, or asynchronous systems in production - Proficiency in Go, Python, Rust, or an equivalent backend language - Sound judgment across architecture, accessibility, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability tradeoffs - Ability to align cross-functional partners through clear written and verbal communication, inclusive decision-making, and end-to-end ownership

- Background in feature management, experimentation platforms, observability tooling, or AI-powered product experiences - Experience mentoring engineers and raising the quality of team practices - Comfort learning unfamiliar systems and navigating ambiguous problem spaces
