Senior Product Engineer

Role overview A senior individual-contributor role owning features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and agent-based workflows for an AI product already in production with major global brands. The position blends architectural decision-making with product judgment, with a strong emphasis on shipping clear, durable, well-crafted software.

Responsibilities - Design and ship features spanning the full stack, including the user-experience layer. - Make clear architectural decisions and build systems that scale with growth. - Improve engineering velocity, code quality, feedback loops, and internal developer tooling. - Develop practical patterns for AI-assisted development and surface useful work without waiting for detailed specifications.

Requirements - Strong technical depth paired with solid product judgment and care for clarity and durability. - Fluency in modern software engineering and thoughtful, pragmatic use of AI tools during development. - Tangible evidence of building: side projects, prototypes, open-source contributions, or writing you can point to. - Comfort with ambiguity, ownership of outcomes, and a balance between speed and craft.
