About this role
Role overview This is a Full Stack Engineer position focused on building customer-facing product experiences alongside the backend services that power them. The work spans intuitive, accessible interfaces and reliable APIs, data flows, and distributed systems at significant scale, contributing to a platform used for trillions of evaluations each day across software delivery, experimentation, observability, and AI lifecycle management.
Responsibilities - Design, build, and ship end-to-end product capabilities across frontend and backend systems. - Develop user interfaces with TypeScript and React, and services or APIs using Go, Python, or comparable languages. - Translate customer problems and product goals into thoughtful technical designs and incremental delivery plans. - Own features from discovery and design through implementation, launch, measurement, and iteration. - Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and other engineering teams to balance usability, performance, reliability, and time to value. - Write readable, maintainable, well-tested code and improve the observability and operational health of owned systems.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience building and operating production software, or comparable professional experience. - Comfort working across both frontend and backend layers, including at the API boundary. - Hands-on experience with a backend language such as Go, Python, or Rust. - Hands-on experience with React and a typed language such as TypeScript. - Experience designing or consuming APIs, working with backend services, data stores, or asynchronous systems. - Strong product instincts and the ability to connect technical decisions to customer outcomes, plus clear, collaborative communication.
Benefits and work setup Target base pay for Level 3 is structured by geographic zone: Zone 1 (San Francisco/Bay Area, NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle) ranges from $171,200 to $235,400; Zone 2 (Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago) ranges from $154,100 to $211,860; Zone 3 (all other US locations) ranges from $145,500 to $200,090.
