About this role
Role overview This is a senior leadership role responsible for setting product strategy and roadmap for an enterprise influencer marketing platform that connects brands, creators, and commerce. The position reports to the Chief Product Officer, manages product managers directly, and shapes the evolution of an AI-native programmatic influencer solution.
Responsibilities - Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the influencer marketing product, with focus on growth, retention, and measurable business outcomes. - Translate customer insights, creator economy trends, and social and commerce data into prioritized product investments that reduce manual campaign effort. - Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to align product direction with company objectives. - Build, scale, and coach a high-performing product management organization. - Define and monitor key metrics such as ARR, ACV growth, churn, LTV/CAC, and conversion funnel performance. - Represent the product externally with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
Requirements - 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or platform-led businesses, including 5+ years in senior leadership owning full product lines. - Demonstrated success scaling enterprise SaaS or marketplace products, ideally within influencer marketing, creator economy, social, or commerce-adjacent AdTech or MarTech. - Comfort with metrics such as ARR/ACV growth, churn, LTV/CAC, and conversion funnel, supported by experience with analytics and visualization tools. - Track record of building and scaling product teams and processes in high-growth environments. - Strong cross-functional leadership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales. - Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
