Role overview
Improve how prospective customers discover, evaluate, and sign up for a secure-access product through its public website. You’ll lead growth product work across organic acquisition, conversion, experimentation, and site quality, coordinating closely with engineering, analytics, product marketing, and web product partners. The role calls for measurable growth results alongside a fast, reliable web experience.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute organic acquisition strategies, including search optimization and answer-focused discovery. - Find opportunities to improve the journey from website visit to trial or purchase, and shape changes to web features and experiences. - Design, run, and evaluate conversion experiments, then scale improvements supported by results. - Partner with engineering to maintain website speed, reliability, and technical quality. - Guide routine site updates so they support growth priorities and remain measurable. - Work with analytics partners on accurate instrumentation, dashboards, and regular reporting of impact. - Coordinate roadmap priorities with web product and product marketing stakeholders.
Requirements
- Product management experience focused on growth, including organic search or answer-engine acquisition. - A track record of designing and running conversion optimization experiments. - Ability to work with engineering on performance, reliability, and user experience improvements. - Proficiency with web analytics and using data to identify opportunities and guide decisions. - Strong communication skills, including presenting results and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders. - A collaborative, results-oriented approach that balances rapid experimentation with technical rigor.
